Orogun kingdom in Ughelli North local government Area of Delta State on Monday , January 4, stood still as they welcomed with honour yet another of their illustrious sons, Chief (Dr) Emmanuel Ogobene who was bestowed with the third traditional Chieftaincy title of "Obene R' Ovie" of Ughelli kingdom by HRM, Oharisi III, the Ovie of Ughelli kingdom.
